No other Irish course has been graced by so many distinguished players in a rich history encompasing a broad sweep of significant events. It is where Arnold Palmer and Sam Snead successfully followed its serpentine route through classsic linkland on their way to victory in the 1960 Canada Cup. And it is where another generation of Americans, including Phil Mickelson and David Duval, secured a memorable Walker Cup triumph in 1991. These events, along with 19 stagings of the European Tour's Irish Open Championship, reflect the quality of a searching examination across the link's 27 holes. This championship golf course is set on 183 acres of rolling Irish countryside. Stroll up the gentle slopes of the fourth fairway and be rewarded by stunning views of Limerick City and County and even the Clare Hills. This 18 Hole championship golf course has sand-based greens and tees all built to USGA standards. Co-designed by 2014 Ryder Cup Vice-Captain, Des Smyth and Irish Amateur International, Declan Brannigan, the course opened for play in 1994. Golfers and guests can relax and unwind after a game of golf in Vines Grill and Bar/Restaurant located in the unusual glass-enclosed Club House. Excellent views of two thirds of the golf course can be enjoyed from this elevated site. Club house facilities are designed to create a pleasing ambience and supreme comfort. The restaurant is open to the public and offers excellent food in a relaxed and gracious surrounding.

Welcome to Hollywood Lakes Golf Club, Leinster's hidden gem 2022 as awarded by the Golfer Guide to Ireland .A course that is both challenging and enjoyable to all levels of golfer. Founded in 1991 and designed by Mel Flanagan, Hollywood Lakes is a 6,707 m Par-72 with a standard scratch of 72 off the back tees. The sand based greens are durable and playable year round. The mature woodland and natural lakes, as the name suggests, provide the course with its unique character and wonderful landscape and stunning views of Dublin city and Lambay island. The Academy style practice grounds include three chipping greens, driving nets, putting green and driving range with ball dispenser to help hone your game before your round and Professional Darragh Tighe is available for advice and tuition. With improvements commencing shortly on the clubhouse and proshop, we envision facilities on a par to the standard of the course. It gives us great pleasure to welcome new members, visitors and groups to our wonderful club.
