Nestled in the heart of North County Dublin, just 12 minutes from Dublin Airport, Donabate Golf Club is proud to celebrate a century of golfing tradition in 2025. Our 27-hole mature parkland course offers a warm welcome and a rewarding challenge to golfers of all abilities. Our USGA standard sand-based greens allow playability year-round.

Up until 1971 all nine holes in Sutton were located on the clubhouse side of the railway line. New members and visitors shake their heads when they hear this. They are usually told a story that has become embedded in Sutton history. Legend has it that when someone shouted “fore” everyone on the course ducked! The club had spent some time negotiating with Dublin City Council for a large plot of reclaimed land, that had been a dump previously. Eventually the club received a lease and the three new holes that were developed opened in 1971. They have been developed over subsequent years to become three excellent and challenging holes. As might be expected this allowed development of 6 basically new holes on the original footprint of the club. The challenge has remained the same for golfers down through the years. Accuracy is all important - which is why Sutton continues to develop many fine golfers.

Lisheen Springs Golf Club is a parkland course only 30 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes from the M50. Comprising four par 5s, ten par 4s and four par 3s stretching over 7000 yards you will be tested by disguised landing areas, deceptive carries and the ever present threat of water. The artistry of the course design has embraced Mother Nature and ensures that all levels of golfers will need to display equal measures of caution and courage to survive with score intact.

he Island Golf Club, founded in 1890, is a traditional private Members’ golf club with a proud history of upholding the best traditions of amateur golf. ​ Overlooked by the North County Dublin village of Malahide, the links is located in some of the most stunning dunes on the east coast of Ireland. It is also the sixth oldest golf club in Ireland and was ranked 10th in Irish Golfer’s Top 100 Courses in 2024. It enjoys a growing international reputation and currently hosts Regional Qualifying for The Open Championship and has hosted strokeplay qualifying for the British Amateur Championship in 2019. Elm Park Golf & Sports Club was founded in 1925, the Club offers world class facilities for golf and tennis, with an 18 hole golf course, 13 tennis courts (2 all-weather floodlit, 4 artificial clay courts, 2 covered courts and 5 grass courts) and 3 Padel courts.
