Nestled in the centre of the Country, Edenderry Golf Club is one of Ireland's jewels which boasts 18 holes of challenging inland golf. The Club has been in existence since 1910 where Eddie Hackett designed a magnificent golf course built on the natural peat that is synonymous with this part of the country. Eddie used the natural terrain to create a superb golf course that is generally playable all year round. The course is particularly long at 5,957 metres with a Par of 72 including 4 very good Par 5 holes. There are four Par-3 at Edenderry, each of which has it's own challenge. The course has an abundance of mature trees and strategically placed bunkers making it a challenging, but fair test of golf for the experienced and beginner alike. Edenderry Golf Club has a state-of-the-art clubhouse, where the visitor and members alike can relax and enjoy the memory of a fine days golf.

Lisburn Golf Club
Debate surrounds the foundation of Lisburn Golf Club. A Club was inaugurated in the town in 1880 and affiliated to the Golfing Union of Ireland. However, it had a short life going out of existence in 1885/86. The Club under its present constitution was, in fact, founded in 1905. For the next 68 years it occupied a compact nine hole course at Longstone Street in the heart of Lisburn. The present Governor’s Road bisects what was the first fairway on that course. Indeed a few of the majestic lime trees which were such a feature of the course, and which hampered many a shot on the first and ninth holes, are in evidence to this day.

Tipperary Golf Club
Tipperary Golf Club is a long-established club founded on 25 January 1896. The course is an 18‑hole parkland layout set at the rolling foothills of Slievenamuck (Sliabh Muice) with the Galtee Mountains visible behind. The club moved to its present location at Rathanny in 1939 and the course was extended to 18 holes in 1994. A refurbished clubhouse was opened in May 2001. The venue sits on the road to the Glen of Aherlow and presents a layout intended for players at a range of abilities. Visitor tee times are managed through the club’s BRS booking system. The clubhouse includes a bar and restaurant run by O’Rawe Catering; catering is available seven days a week from 10:00 with light refreshments and meals served from noon. The bar and catering service accepts bookings for Sunday lunch, private functions, corporate events and weddings for members and visitors; breakfast can be arranged by pre-booking.
