Welcome to Hollywood Lakes Golf Club, Leinster's hidden gem 2022 as awarded by the Golfer Guide to Ireland .A course that is both challenging and enjoyable to all levels of golfer. Founded in 1991 and designed by Mel Flanagan, Hollywood Lakes is a 6,707 m Par-72 with a standard scratch of 72 off the back tees. The sand based greens are durable and playable year round. The mature woodland and natural lakes, as the name suggests, provide the course with its unique character and wonderful landscape and stunning views of Dublin city and Lambay island. The Academy style practice grounds include three chipping greens, driving nets, putting green and driving range with ball dispenser to help hone your game before your round and Professional Darragh Tighe is available for advice and tuition. With improvements commencing shortly on the clubhouse and proshop, we envision facilities on a par to the standard of the course. It gives us great pleasure to welcome new members, visitors and groups to our wonderful club.

Established in 1993 by Ron Breen and family, our par 71 parkland course has grown and matured into a challenging golfing experience for golfers of all levels. The course is set in the picturesque surrounds of Ballymoney, and affords excellent views of local Tara Hill, which dominates the landscape. In 2013 we became the winner of the First Inaugural Weatherglaze Trophy (between the 4 local Clubs) and have successfully defended it in 2014, 2015 2016 & 2017. Enniscorthy Golf Club is a superbly manicured parkland golf course, with mature, tree-lined fairways, excellent greens and great natural beauty in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains. It is located right in the center of Co Wexford and is only about 1 hour’s drive from south Dublin. We have almost 600 members with very vibrant Men’s, Ladies and Junior sections. The club caters for Oversea and Distant members. Oversea members are mainly from UK and USA and as far afield as Australia. The Club has a very successful competitive history in both the ladies’ and men’s inter club competitions. In the last 10 years accolades include the Barton Cup (3 times), Provincial Towns’ Cup Twice, All-Ireland Mixed, Irish Ladies’ Junior Cup (three times), Irish Ladies’ Intermediate Cup, Irish Ladies’ Junior Foursomes and numerous provincial titles. In 2017 Enniscorthy became only the second club to win Barton Cup and Provincial Towns Cup in same year. Enniscorthy regularly hosts Golf Ireland competitions. In 2017 it hosted the Leinster Final of the GUI All Ireland Four Ball and ILGU Mid Leinster Women’s Championships. In 2018 Enniscorthy hosted the Jimmy Bruen Final. In 2021 we hosted the Golf Ireland Boys U18 Leinster Open Championships. In 2022 we hosted the Leinster Central finals of Golf Ireland’s Junior Cup for both Men and Women.

The Golf course is situated on the Curragh plains, an area of natural grassland and heath, which has existed as an uncultivated plain for over 2,000 years. It is one of Ireland's outstanding and best-known landscapes and is the oldest and most extensive tract of semi-natural grassland in the country, with an ecosystem older than most woodlands and as old as the upper peat of the raised bogs. ​ It is an area of both national and international importance and also of immense archaeological, cultural, environmental and historical significance.
