Best winter golf around

Like most golfers we’re always looking for good courses to play in the winter. Kirkiston never fails to deliver in the winter. Greens outstanding, firm fairways (no need for mats). One temporary green (2nd hole) as renovation work was being carried out. Lots of other small projects seem to be underway which shows the club is continually looking to improve. Slightly expensive for society rate (£30) but worth every penny in the winter.
Perfect winter golf

Many of courses in NI are closed due to winter weather, but at Kirkistown, you wouldn’t even know it had been raining! The course is in fantastic nick with fast greens and firm fairways – highly recommend any golfers to play here during the winter
